*Can I wear my contact lenses with these extensions?
Yes, but not whilst having the semi permanent eyelash extensions applied.

*Will my longer lashes hit the lenses of my glasses?
No

*Could I possibly have an allergic reaction to the adhesive?
As the extensions are adhered to your natural lashes they do not come into contact with your
skin.

*Would I look like a Drag Queen?
No, you will have a consultation when you arrive to the Xtreme Lashes Salon. We have large
variety of lashes including different lengths, thicknesses, curvatures and colours to achieve  
your desired effect.

*What do they look like and how do they feel?
With proper application, Semi Permanent Eyelash Extensions look and feel completely
natural.

*How long do Eyelash Extensions Last?
When applied properly, semi-permanent Eyelash Extensions can last up to 2 months,
depending on the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. You will probably want touch-ups
every two to four weeks.

*Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing Eyelash Extensions?
Yes. Our specially formulated ahdesive allows you to shower, swim, exercise, sleep and spa
worry-free while wearing Eyelash Extensions. Please do not swim or spa for 48 hours after    
the procedure to allow the bonding agent to fully cure. After this, you can swim and spa -
worry free.
 
*Can I apply Eyelash Extensions to my own eyelashes?
No. Only a trained professional will be able to safely apply Eyelash Extensions.
 
*How often should I get touch-ups?
We recommend getting a touch up every two to four weeks
 
*How do I take care of Eyelash Extensions?

* Do not wash eyes or shower for 24 hours after lash application. Do not swim or spa for 48
hours after lash application to allow adequate time for bonding.
* Be gentle with your lashes.
* Avoid rubbing your eyes.
* Avoid oil-based and waterproof mascara. Water based mascara and water based mascara
remover may be used. Use mascara sparingly and gently remove mascara with water-based
eye makeup remover. Ask your Eyelash Extensions Professional if she carries Eyelash
Extensions water-based mascara, specially formulated for eyelash extensions, or purchase it  
here. Apply mascara on the tips only.
* We recommend getting a touch up every two to four weeks.
 
*How much does it cost for an application of Eyelash Extensions?
Full sets start at $180.

*What is an Eyelash Extension?
Eyelash extensions are a new procedure that extends the real lash with a new weightless and
very natural looking synthetic lash.

*How are the extensions applied?
The synthetic lash is applied hair by hair to each of your own lash using a special bonding
agent that lasts through the length of your natural growth cycle of each lash, which is between  
60 to 100 days.

*Why do I need to come for refills every 2 to 4 weeks?
As your natural lashes shed in a 60-90 day cycle your Xtreme Lashes will also shed with these
lashes, having  refills every 2-4 weeks will keep your lashes looking full and thick.

*Can I use a mechanical eyelash curler?
No, because it may disturb the bond of the adhesive causing the premature loss of lash
extensions. Only heated eyelash curlers may be used sparingly.

*Can I use mascara?
You won’t need to wear mascara with eyelash extensions. However if you like the mascara
look Xtreme Lashes Mascaras are available that are oil free and compatible with extensions.

*How should I prepare for my appointment?
You will need to arrive to you appointment with a cleansed face completely free of makeup. If
you are unable to remove your make up please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

*Is the lash extension glued to my skin?
No, the Eyelash Extensions are adhered 1mm away from your skin. Neither the synthetic lash
nor the adhesive ever comes in contact with your skin.

*I had eyelash extensions applied somewhere else and I am unhappy with them can they be fixed at The Xtreme Lashes Salon?

  Yes at the Xtreme Lashes Salon we specialize in repairing and removal of poorly applied eyelash
extensions.

*Can I have my lashes removed?
Yes, we have an adhesive remover that will safely and easily remove eyelash extensions, without   
damaging your natural lashes.

Do I keep my eyes open during the procedure?
No, Semi Permanent Eyelash Extensions are applied whilst your eyes are closed.
