Xtreme Lashes®, along with just five other brands were recently invited to attend the TV WEEK Logies Gifting Suite. Held over three days, 220 Logie Nominees were treated to a special opportunity to sample Xtreme Lashes® cosmetics and choose colours to enhance their eyes. “Taking our product directly to the opinion leaders of the industry enabled us to explain the features and benefits of Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions over other alternatives available such as strip lashes or heavy mascara’s. Safety, professional use only and strict training and certification were the key elements of our message,” explains Louise Weston, Marketing Manager. “Not to mention the fun we had with some of them! The responses from the celebrities were all very positive and most were keen to learn more about the procedure. Some were already wearers of Xtreme Lashes® but thrilled to sample the cosmetics”. Several lash vouchers were handed out to TV presenters, singers and actresses to visit our salon and have a full set of lashes applied with highlights. Each celebrity received a specially formulated Volumising and Lengthening Mascara, a GlideLiner of their colour choice and an Eye Make-up Remover and Facial Cleanser, all designed to be gentle enough to use with the extensions. While the gift had a strong female focus the men were keen to use the vitamin and aloe-vera juice based facial cleanser to remove the days make-up. Some even sampled the Swarovski Body Art Crystals to wear on stage for some extra bling!
